Terms of Service

By using this site or engaging PalQum for services, you agree to these Terms. Where a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) exists for a specific engagement, its terms take precedence over this page.

PalQum provides software engineering services across four domains: web development, mobile apps, desktop software, and custom SaaS platforms, delivered through fixed-scope Statements of Work or ongoing retainer arrangements.

Projects are billed against the schedule defined in the applicable SOW, typically tied to sprint milestones or delivery phases. Invoices are due per the payment terms stated in the SOW; late payment may pause active development until settled.

Deliverables built specifically for a client transfer fully to that client upon final payment. PalQum retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general engineering know-how used to deliver the work.

PalQum delivers services with reasonable skill and care in line with the accepted SOW. Except as expressly agreed in writing, services are provided without further warranty, and PalQum’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, excluding indirect or consequential damages.

Confidential information exchanged during an engagement is protected under the applicable NDA (see NDA & UK Contract). Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period stated in the MSA or SOW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
